Keep your percent
Perfect Venue Professional adds 0.5% on card payments, on top of processing. Booked & Busy does not take a percent of the booking and does not add a payment markup. Guest cards charge when the venue connects its own Stripe keys.

Do I need the booking integration?+–
No. You name your own rooms and holds — a private dining room, a patio, or the whole restaurant. The integration is a live sync to Rex or another bay, sim, or lane system and needs an API key from the venue.
What are 3D venue renderings?+–
An optional $9.99/mo per location. Guests explore a workable 3D model of the room before they book. You upload and manage a rendering for each space in venue settings. It is a sales tool for showing the space — a guest-facing walkthrough, not a floor-plan diagram editor. Same 10% off for 3 months and 20% off annual as the other add-ons.
What is the difference between the two AI products?+–
The $15.99 bot teaches staff how to use Booked & Busy, step by step. The $600.00 Virtual Event Coordinator runs guest inquiry, proposal, and booking so a coordinator is not on every lead.
