The team
The chase runs itself
Automated reminders, email, and customer follow-ups run from the product. Private-event teams are not babysitting every thread.

Features
Private dining, buyouts, and event rooms for restaurants and event venues. Reminders go out. The guest signs and pays.
$129.99/mo · No setup fee · No cut of payments
Inquiry through deposit is the product at that price. Seats and import are in it. The basics are not sold back as add-ons.
Less worry
For restaurants and event venues, the slow part is turning a lead into a booked event. Booked & Busy runs the reminders and the follow-ups. Owners see the conversation. Coordinators are not on their own.
The team
Automated reminders, email, and customer follow-ups run from the product. Private-event teams are not babysitting every thread.
The lead
Inquiry, proposal, signature, and deposit stay together. Unlike older event software, a lead does not sit through a long grind before it is a booked event.
Owners
You set the pace on response times and see the conversation between the coordinator and the guest.
Coordinators
The right messages go out on time. Coordinators have assistance on the follow-up, so they are not flying solo.
Coordinators
You answer, hold the room, and send the guest link between seatings. The book is built for that walk, not for a desk you are not at.

Owners and managers
You see response times, the guest conversation, and the deposits. The path to that information is the book, so the week can run at full potential.

The guest
A private guest link carries the proposal, contract, invoice, event order, and kitchen sheet. The guest and the floor open the same event.
The guest signs on the guest page with a typed name or a drawn signature. The PDF is stored with a timestamp and IP address.
Proposal. Contract. Invoice. Event order. Kitchen sheet.
The book
Import customers and events from any event software you can export. Depth follows that file. TripleSeat CSV is one common path. No setup fee.
An iframe-ready inquiry form for the venue’s own website. Inquiries land in the book instead of a side inbox.
The guest Pay button runs a 25% deposit plus the card-fee path. Stripe charges when the venue connects its own keys. Booked & Busy does not add a processing markup.

Every inquiry stays with its proposal, event order, and kitchen sheet. Private dining, a patio, or the whole restaurant — you name the rooms.
01
The inquiry is in. Nothing is held yet.
02
The room is on hold while details move.
03
The event is on. The order and the kitchen sheet match it.
04
It happened, or it didn’t. The record stays on the book.
Time, space, guest count, menu notes, and setup live on the event. The kitchen sheet is what the line needs from that same record.
Hold a private dining room, a patio, or the whole restaurant. Bay, sim, and lane sync is optional at $29.99/mo per location. Rooms and holds work without it.

Every room. One book.
01
From the venue site or a coordinator.
02
Lives on the private guest link.
03
Name or drawn signature on the guest page.
04
25% deposit path when Stripe keys are set.
The $600.00 Virtual Event Coordinator runs inquiry → proposal → book without a coordinator on every lead. Optional. Per location. The core book stays $129.99/mo. Choose the Event Agent
Always-on help
Bots handle onboarding, how-to, and troubleshooting. When a question needs a person, it goes to restaurant owners and event coordinators.
In the product · $15.99/mo per location
Optional add-on. When an employee is stuck using Booked & Busy or setting something up, it gives step-by-step instructions. It does not book the guest’s event. That job, if you want it automated, is the $600.00 Virtual Event Coordinator.
Human escalation
The people behind the product own restaurants and event venues and book private events every week. Bots answer first. Operators pick up what the bots should not.
10% off for 3 months. 20% off annual. Each add-on is per location.
$9.99/mo
Workable 3D models guests explore to see the space before they book. Upload and manage a rendering for each room in venue settings. A sales tool for showing the room — guest-facing walkthroughs, not a floor-plan diagram editor.
$15.99/mo
In-app step-by-step help for staff using or setting up Booked & Busy. This is the how-to bot, not the virtual event manager.
$29.99/mo
Live sync with the venue’s booking or activity system — Rex and other bay, sim, and lane systems. The venue supplies an API key. Spaces and holds work without it.
Integrations
Payments, accounting, calendars, email, and the reservation and POS systems restaurants and event venues already run.
Toast works alongside Booked & Busy, including deposits in the POS.
Embeddable inquiry form for your website · Built-in e-signatures · Email & text reminders.
Optional · per location
$600/mo
Less than ~20% of one full-time event coordinator salary. $7,200/yr against a $40–60k seat.
That $40–60k figure is base pay. Benefits, payroll tax, PTO, and rehiring sit on top of it. This add-on stays $600 a month per location, flat.
Virtual Event Coordinator
Inquiry → proposal → book, without a coordinator on every lead. Priced per location because it stands in for that seat.
